The settlers IV fully playable dark tribe project

After years of decoding I finnally made some bigger progress. Without any mods you can build mushroom farms like normal buildings, just drag and build! Using a support roman player (temporary) you can also recruit shamans and dark gardeners

To do list:
- Make manakopter fully working and building
- Make dark tribe spells work like destroing wheat like the ai does in campagain
- Delete Romans support player = add interface to dark temple/fortess
